Oliver Begaz discovered his passion for electronic music at the age of sixteen. He spinned his first vinyl´s on the old technics turntables of his father. Several artists like: Kraftwerk, Richie Hawtin, Marco Bailey, etc. had a huge impact on the youngster. They formed his personality and vision on electronic dance music.
Oliver is known for the great performances and the energy in his sets. He is continuously searching for new sound to complete his sets. His style is a pleasant mixture of techno and minimal. After playing several years at smaller parties, some famous events and clubs spotted him. That´s why he got the opportunity to play with some famous names such as Marco Bailey, Tom Hades, Trish Van Eynde, Ben Sims, Tonio, Speed J, and many many more..
Since a few months, Oliver started to produce his own tracks. He got some good advice from his colleague and friend Tom Hades. His productions contain great minimal sounds with techno influences just like his dj-sets.
But music is not the only thing he's doing. In his spare-time he is besides musician, also a new media-designer. He is still searching for his own touch which help him to finalize his artworks. Certainly take a look at the 'artwork-page' to see the progress he's making.
Keep an eye on this young artist and take a look at one of his designs or gigs!
